Israeli Tzofim Friendship Caravan
We’re excited to announce that thanks to generous underwriters, Tzofim Friendship Caravan (Israel Scouts) will be coming to Temple Emek Shalom on Tuesday, June 6. The program is co-sponsored by PJ Library, Havurah Synagogue and Temple Emek Shalom.
The Tzofim Friendship Caravan is a group of 10 teenagers from the Tzofim (Scouts) who travel with their two leaders across North America every summer with an Israeli arts and culture show, spreading friendship and love for Israel. The Caravan brings Israeli culture and spirit to each community it interacts with through song, dance, story, and conversation. The Caravan’s hour-long show includes songs in English and Hebrew and forges a connection between the lives of Israeli teens and North Americans of all ages.
The Caravan will perform at Temple Emek Shalom the evening of Tuesday, June 6 at 5:30 PM. Temple Emek Shalom is located at 1800 E. Main St. in Ashland. Call 541-488-2909 for more info.
